Visconti is a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic and wooden hangers for garments, footwear and accessories to the clothing manufacture and retail trades. Our extensive manufacturing and distribution network ensures excellent customer service in Southern Africa, Middle East, East Asia and North and Central America. Visconti continues to expand its manufacturing footprint around the globe with the aim of providing quality program hangers to local garment manufacturers.

Established in 1984 Visconti is a division of the Polyoak Packaging Group (Pty) Ltd, with the head office located in Cape Town, South Africa.

World Cup 2010-Football Fevaa!

World Cup fever hit Polyoak with a big Vuvuzela-like blast. Hosting such a major world sporting event was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us all, and Polyoak did itself proud, with our offices and factories a patriotic sea of Bafana Bafana's green and gold thanks to Football Fridays and the gift of a soccer shirt for each staff member. That is a total of
2 146 shirts that were given out by Polyoak.

And while we need no excuses to get into the spirit of things, fun events like Cape Town's Diski Dance sessions, which had staff learning to dance to the rhythm of African football, helped.

So when the big day dawned, 11 June 2010, the day of the kick off at Soccer City for the match between Mexico and our men in green and gold, we were all very revved up.

Polyoak positively hummed with excitement, especially as when 1pm came, everybody, over 2 000 staff members, headed out after being given the afternoon off to watch the opening ceremony and the big game.

Ayoba! That is the way to do it.
